In the fall of 2016 Admen began work on launching a new RV resort east of Calgary. At the time it was an existing, somewhat tired and rundown RV campground with a nice 9-hole golf course. Admen rebranded the former Calderon Acres and launched Oasis Grove Golf & RV Resort in February of 2017. The resort was introduced via an aggressive social media blitz and a city-wide sidewalk signage campaign. The first week of marketing in late February saw sales hit $3-million and by the end of the spring more than 250 RV sites were sold. Pretty encouraging results for a 30-year old campground 35-minutes east of the city limits in the middle of prairie farmland.
SALES HIT $8.75 MILLION IN JUST A FEW SHORT MONTHS OF MARKETING
Admen then began marketing a new expansion for the resort. Oasis Grove has, as of 2019, now been approved for their expansion's development permit after a successful and lengthy negotiation process with the county, lead by Mark Burke of Admen (who managed to have a former condition for a $2-million paved road removed from the negotiation table). Admen, although incredibly successful in marketing the project, has since decided to move on from providing marketing and consulting services to RV Sites Canada and Oasis Grove. We wish them the very best of luck in the future.
